Terms and Conditions

A minimum of 20 people is required to receive group menus and rates.


A deposit of 25% is required at least 30 days prior to arrival date.


Payment for the balance will be made with one check, at the restaurant, at the time of the booked event,

unless special arrangements have been made with Lineberger’s Group Coordinator in advance.


Cancellations must be made by calling 865-850-0520 no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged.
If for some reason you should need to cancel and do not provide proper notice, your 25% deposit will be forfeited.


A final guarantee of guest count must be received 72 hours prior to arrival.

If attendance falls below the guaranteed count, the customer will be charged for the amount guaranteed. If
no guaranteed amount is received the estimated count will be used as the guaranteed number. Any guests
over the guaranteed count will be charged accordingly.


Allotted time for any group is 2 hours.


All reservations will be held for 30 minutes. After which time all reservations will be cancelled and the deposit kept.
