Chicken breast filet marinated in a Polynesian sauce and grilled to perfection.

Farm raised in the cool waters of the Smokies prepared your way; Broiled, Fried or Blackened.

Broiled Stuffed Flounder

A flounder filet stuffed with crabmeat stuffing and topped with a spicy crawfish Creole sauce.

Jumbo Shrimp

Your choice of Grilled Skewer or Fried

Each of the above entrees are served with your choice of one side:Mashed Red Potatoes, French Fries, Baked Potato, Rice Pilaf, Fried Okra or Steamed Vegetables

Vegetable Pasta

Mixed vegetables pan sautéed and tossed in Alfredo sauce over fettuccini noodles and topped with Parmesan Cheese.
